Richardson Wealth Ltd is seeking a Wealth Digital Enablement Trainer to shape and deliver modern learning experiences for advisors, assistants, and internal teams. You will translate technology and workflows into practical solutions that boost efficiency, client service, and growth while guiding adoption and change across the organization.

The role requires expertise in wealth management platforms such as Croesus and Salesforce CRM, strong communication skills in English and French, and a focus

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and French communication required (speaking, reading, writing).
• Experience delivering training, enablement, or advisory support in wealth management or financial services.
• Familiarity with wealth management platforms and advisor workflows.
• Ability to translate technology and processes into practical learning for advisors and assistants.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills; capable of influencing adoption.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and one-on-one training for advisors, assistants, and internal teams.
• Enable advisory teams to use digital platforms and workflows effectively to improve productivity and client service.
• Translate complex concepts into practical, advisor-focused learning experiences.
• Provide coaching to build confidence and drive long-term behavioural change.
• Identify痛 points and simplify workflows to enhance advisor experience.
• Support implementation of new initiatives and platform enhancements.
• Contribute ideas to improve learner engagement and content delivery.
