Cidel, located in downtown Toronto and Calgary, is looking to hire an experienced professional into their firm. You will be responsible for sourcing, developing and managing client relationships with high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals and families. Along with our talented team, you will provide integrated financial services advice to these clients including asset management, trust & estate planning and liquidity-based lending. You will deliver customised financial solutions to target individual and families, professional service firms and to endowments and foundations. Our client is known for their exceptional service and, what sets them apart, is their ability to integrate and execute on solutions and strategies amongst investment management and wealth planning.

In order to be considered for this role, you will possess the following:

  • Undergraduate university degree. CFA and/or CIM preferable. CFP/FEA, graduate degrees or designations given additional consideration.
  • 7+ years relevant experience (client acquisition and management experience in financial services)
  • Progressive career and successful track record working in private banking/wealth management/portfolio strategy group. Alternatively, you may work in advisory/professional services or philanthropic fundraising role.
  • Deep knowledge and interest in investment products, all asset classes (public and private ideal) applicable to high-net-worth clients
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Second languages are of interest.
  • Demonstrated presentation building and delivery capabilities. Proven success in sales and marketing abilities.
