Formación

• Undergraduate degree or college diploma preferred.
• Licensed as an Investment Representative (IR) with CIRO is required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in banking or administrative roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Knowledge of wealth management or investment products is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to an Investment Advisor or team of Advisors.
• Prepare documentation and updates for client meetings and create client accounts reports.
• Process leads, referrals, and maintain accurate referral coding.
• Support marketing material preparation and client information packages.
• Maintain compliance with account documentation and marketing materials.
• Deliver high level client service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
