A career as a Wealth Associate at National Bank offers an opportunity to showcase your ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues. In this role, you will support wealth advisors by providing exceptional customer service, leaving a positive, long-term impact on our clients.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting investment advisors in delivering superior customer service and meeting client requests
  • Performing routine financial transactions such as purchases and sales of securities, and making necessary transaction adjustments
  • Handling deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions for investment accounts with diligent follow-up
  • Analyzing, opening, and updating client files
  • Producing portfolio management reports
  • Managing administrative tasks related to client files, including scheduling and preparing for meetings
  • Ensuring compliance with risk management and regulatory requirements
  • Completing operational tasks as assigned
  • Performing other duties as needed

National Bank Financial – Wealth Management is the fifth largest investment brokerage firm in Canada, with nearly 1,000 investment advisors managing assets for over 400,000 clients across approximately 100 branches. Reporting to the regional manager, you will collaborate with a wealth advisor to deliver an exceptional client experience, emphasizing teamwork and partnership.

Prerequisites:

  • Completed college and/or university diploma in a related field
