Job summary

BMO Nesbitt Burns is seeking a client-focused support professional to assist Investment Advisors and the IA Team with day-to-day administration and exceptional client service. You will book meetings, coordinate marketing efforts, prepare client portfolio reviews, handle inquiries, and assist with trades while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

The role emphasizes relationship growth, accurate documentation, and collaboration across teams within a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Typically between 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of investment processes and procedures.
• Strong familiarity withSales Administration and client servicing.
• Licensing/certification requirements must be met for the branch/jurisdiction.
• Knowledge of compliance practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Book meetings with prospects and prepare introductory packages.
• Coordinate marketing activities for the advisory team and client events.
• Prepare client portfolio reviews and update IAs.
• Handle client inquiries, transfers, and account set-ups.
• Resolve client complaints with timely escalation when needed.
• Assist with trades by phone or in person and provide stock information.
