Qualifications

• 4-6 years of outbound sales experience, comfortable with 100% commission
• Completed CIRE and RSE or will prior to start date
• Passion for financial planning and portfolio management
• Strong relationship-building skills across diverse client types

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners
• Leverage RBC resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans
• Foster long-term relationships through personalized service and advice
