Job Description - Wealth Advisor Assistant (2500367)

Role Impact: The Wealth Advisor Assistant is a self-motivated individual with exceptional administrative skills, capable of working independently and within deadlines. The role contributes to client relationships and the success of the branch by supporting the Financial Advisor and team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and reviewing reports, client correspondence, and managing project work;
  • Processing security transactions and transfers;
  • Handling client calls and fostering relationships through proactive communication;
  • Maintaining files, calendars, and expenses for Financial Advisors.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education;

  • Proficiency in MS Office, experience with Dataphile and FactSet is a plus;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information;
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
