The practice currently has a substantial (two-month) waitlist for fee-for-service financial planning engagements and is seeking another Wealth Advisor to help meet growing demand. This role combines:
Importantly, this is not a prospecting, sales, or business development role. You will not be expected to cold‑call, build a personal book of business, or meet sales quotas. The clients and planning work already exist; the firm is looking for another capable professional to help deliver that work at a very high standard.
Working closely with the planning team, you will review client financial information, develop retirement‑income and tax strategies, prepare planning recommendations, participate in client meetings, coordinate with accountants and lawyers, and help clients implement advice in a practical and understandable way.

This role comes with an excellent compensation package including a base salary in the range of CAD $100,000-$120,000, profit sharing, comprehensive benefits package (including health and dental coverage, disability and life insurance) generous personal time off (paid vacation and paid sick days), learning & development opportunities, on‑site parking, and a great company culture within a tight‑knit team.
