Opportunity Description:

The St. John’s Farmers’ Market values volunteers as vital to building strong and connected communities. Volunteers support the operation of the market and help it grow and adapt to new challenges.

As a Market Volunteer, you will assist staff such as the Executive Director, Market Manager, and Volunteer Coordinator on Market days. Typical activities include:

• Staffing the information booth
• Answering questions from visitors (e.g., restroom locations, ATM access)
• Managing stall lines to ensure smooth foot traffic
• Supporting vendors
• Assisting with market activities

Market days are every Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Volunteer shifts are available for 4 hours on Fridays, 4 or 8 hours on Saturdays, and 3 or 6 hours on Sundays.
