We are looking for an energetic IT Solutions Salesperson to join our rapidly growing technology team. In addition to sales process knowledge, you must have passion, curiosity, writing skill, street smarts, creativity, persistence and impressive interpersonal skills. Must be calm and personable under pressure with strong negotiation skills. We are seeking someone who can perform well in a highly dynamic, highly rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform outbound email and telephone prospecting campaigns based on internal and external lists
  • Contact existing customers to obtain referrals and cross-sell complementary products
  • Investigate potential vertical markets and prospect in these markets
  • Conduct research on potential clients and sustain a database of business opportunities
  • Communicate with potential customers over the phone and via email and provide excellent customer service
  • Enthusiastically and actively work to contact incoming leads on a daily basis
  • Learn and develop a deep understanding of the company’s solutions and products, closely follow industry trends, and over time build key client relationships
  • Reporting to account managers
  • Comfortable working with CRM software
  • Help develop new business through networking and follow-ups
  • Conduct marketing and presentation to a wide audience about the company’s product portfolio
  • Attend industry events that are aimed at improving the marketability of the company’s products and services
  • Help design promotional materials
  • Support all pre-sales activities of the company
  • Meet sales target identified by upper management
  • Develop effective sales plans
Qualifications
  • Candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in Sales, with IT related Sales preferred
  • University degree in business or related field is an asset
  • Holding sales training certificates is an asset
  • Knowledge of business management protocols and sales techniques
  • Well acquainted with the basics in accountancy, inventory and marketing
  • Someone who can communicate effectively across different levels of professionals, both verbal and written
  • A professional and friendly customer service attitude that will enhance the candidate’s ability to perform well and grow within Hanatech
  • Strong work ethic with a “make it happen” attitude
  • Familiar with MS Office; Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple concurrent activities
  • Creative problem solver who is capable of questioning to understand and meet client needs
  • Ready to travel or work overtime as may be asked by the organization
