Job summary

PhysioFirst Physiotherapy in Surrey, BC, is seeking a Registered Physiotherapist to join a multidisciplinary team. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to contribute to musculoskeletal rehabilitation and wellness services.

We welcome both experienced therapists and new graduates who are eligible to practise in British Columbia. You will deliver patient-centered care in a supportive clinic environment with a focus on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
• Current registration and authorization to practise physiotherapy in British Columbia, or eligibility for registration.
• Good standing with CHCPBC where applicable.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop patient-centred rehabilitation programs.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-informed healthcare.
• Experience with musculoskeletal rehabilitation is an asset.
• Experience treating ICBC-related injuries is an asset.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions, mobility, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-informed treatment for musculoskeletal injuries and movement-related conditions.
• Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation programs within your professional scope.
• Educate patients about injury prevention, pain management, and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support coordinated patient care.
• Follow professional standards, privacy requirements, and clinic policies.
