Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing University degree in Engineering with experience in Process Manufacturing (preferred), including Programs and Lean Manufacturing
• Experience with automation or manufacturing environments is an asset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required

Responsibilities

• Assist with continuous improvement projects to improve quality, material flow, throughput and productivity
• Help establish and drive improvements in overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
• Provide engineered operational analysis and production support to manufacturing
• Evaluate and implement corrective actions and standardized work instructions
• Support cost reduction and process optimization initiatives
• Maintain a safe and orderly work area and adhere to all health, safety, and environmental rules
