  • Participate in structured rotations across Warehouse, Counter Sales, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, and Operations to gain a well-rounded foundation
  • Enhance your expertise through interactive training, workshops, and mentorship to build confidence and capability in sales
  • Engage in online and hands-on learning designed to sharpen your skills and accelerate development
  • Master the sales process, expand product knowledge, develop leadership potential, and align growth with business goals
  • Shadow top-performing sales professionals and subject matter experts to learn from the best
What will you bring?
  • Willingness to relocate if necessary
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in relevant disciplines such as Civil Engineering, Business (Supply Chain, Commerce, Marketing), Trades (Plumbing, HVAC, Construction), or Humanities (Psychology, Sociology)
  • Dedication to continuous learning and success

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Sales experience (retail or wholesale) considered an asset
  • Second language skills are a plus but not required

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Steel-toed boots (reimbursable up to $200 with receipt)
