A Day in the Life

In-Office Project Support:

  1. Ensure that all revisions/change orders are properly documented and accounted for
  2. Daily review with Service Manager on project and billing progress
  3. Ensure all proper relevant paperwork is reviewed and given to the foremen
  4. Completion of various reports, including Service Request/Field Report and work order
  5. Dispatch calls to field technicians, providing all necessary job information prior to their arrival on site
  6. Must take all service and leak calls and maintain on-call status 24 hours per day, 7 days a week
  7. Build relationships and maintain close contact with customers during project activity

Field Crew Support:

  1. Compliance to regional Health and Safety requirements and Flynn policies
  2. Monitor quality, safety, and training requirements through regular visits to project sites
  3. Order and manage Service Inventory, material best practices, and safety equipment distribution
  4. Daily review of project progress with the foremen and review of field reports
  5. Scheduling, alignment, and time management of field crews
  6. Identification, training and coaching future Foreman and Superintendents

What We Are Seeking

  1. 5+ years experience in a supervisory role in the waterproofing industry
  2. In-Depth knowledge of Hot Rubber, Urethane systems, and below grade systems is required.
  3. Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  4. Form and maintain customer relations; in person, through email, and over the phone
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, stay organized, and perform in a deadline-oriented environment
  6. Reliable and strong problem-solving skills
  7. Work independently as well as in a team-based environment
  8. Work in a fast-paced environment and strong attention to detail
