CIMA+ in Ontario comprises a leading water and wastewater practice. The Project Manager will lead municipal water and wastewater projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring client objectives are met with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or related Engineering.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in consulting engineering and project management.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario or eligible for registration.
• Experience leading municipal water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Experience with business development and proposals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management and delivery of design projects for water and wastewater facilities.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, health and safety, and risk.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and mentor staff.
• Build strong relationships with municipal clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Manage financial performance including forecasting and invoicing.
• Support business development through proposals and client meetings.
