Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Water & Wastewater Operator/Supervisor (Level 1+) in Goderich, ON. This permanent, full-time role involves operating and maintaining treatment and distribution systems with on-call rotation, ensuring compliance and safety.

Licensed operators with Level 1+ certification and a strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply. On-site work across Ontario facilities may be required. Competitive pay scales based on certification level.

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario Water and Wastewater Operator certifications (Level 1 or higher).
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational and maintenance tasks including inspections, system monitoring, and preventative maintenance.
• Operate and maintain water treatment, wastewater treatment, and distribution systems across multiple facilities.
• Monitor system performance and adjust for efficiency and compliance.
• Troubleshoot equipment and system issues and perform necessary repairs.
