Job summary

BQE Water Inc. is hiring multiple Water Treatment Plant Operators to join our expanding operations across Canada, including Ontario, British Columbia, Yukon, and Quebec.

These seasonal roles offer a path to permanent, year-round employment as our operations grow and sites expand. Operators will rotate shifts, monitor plant performance, perform routine testing (pH, ORP, conductivity), and assist with maintenance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of operations experience in municipal or water treatment facilities.
• EOCP Level 1 wastewater operator certification or higher where applicable.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and teamwork during shift handovers.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant performance across shifts.
• Test and adjust pH, ORP, and conductivity; perform daily process reviews.
• Maintain plant housekeeping and safety practices.
• Identify and communicate maintenance requirements to supervisors.
• Update SOPs and maintain maintenance manuals as needed.
