Firma Contracting is seeking an experienced Water & Sewer / Civil Project Manager to oversee underground infrastructure and civil construction projects across Saskatchewan. Benefits include RRSP matching, work-life balance, advancement opportunities, and ongoing safety training.

The role requires managing budgets, schedules, and coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams to deliver projects safely and on time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project coordination or project management experience in Saskatchewan.
• Proven experience managing water and sewer infrastructure projects.
• Civil construction experience is required.
• Strong understanding of underground utility construction methods and municipal infrastructure projects.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient with project documentation and reporting.
• Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract.

Responsibilities

• Manage water, sewer, and civil construction projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, surveyors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
• Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Support field supervisors and forepersons by providing direction and resolving project-related issues.
• Ensure all work meets project specifications, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
