Hiring mitigation restoration lead technicians and cleaning specialists for water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, contents cleaning that are vital to our disaster restoration jobs and company team. Start immediately.

Lead Water Restoration Technician Job Duties:

• Technician will respond to water damage losses
• Manage projects and other technicians when field supervisor cannot be present
• Document losses, get documents signed, collect moisture readings
• Ability to learn and utilize software for all jobs
• Know how to calculate what drying equipment is needed in order to address the loss
• Remove affected flooring, walls and ceilings as needed in order to mitigate water loss
• Cleaning, demolishing, decontaminating, and restoring buildings and homes
• Communicate work details clearly
• Maintain a neat and orderly job site and obey all safety rules

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to use hand tools and electric tools safely and effectively
• Minimum 2 years experience with an IICRC WRT Certification
• Ability to setup and use proper containment and PPE to ensure safety for client and technicians
• Have valid driver's license and clean driving record as well as reliable transportation
• Must complete a full employment screening
• Must be available to work overtime and weekends, and participate in on-call rotation for emergency after-hours calls

Job Position Description:

Working to ensure all customer needs are met in a kind and sympathetic way, our project technicians assist their teams and supervisors with all aspects of restoration work on residential and commercial jobsites, as well as maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets of the business. Responsibilities:

• Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brand
• Effectively perform all aspects of the production processes
• Regular Vehicle and equipment maintenance and organization
• Working with your direct supervisor to ensure team is unified and efficient
• Following all uniform and policy guidelines in line with the Brand Identity Guide
• Always leaving jobsites with a clean and orderly appearance
• Developing production expertise through providing services
• Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard
• Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians

• Willingness for continued learning and growth
• Attention to details in organization, cleanliness and care for facility, assets and equipment
• Aptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating ‘the message’
• Awareness and respect for safety, using care and caution with teammates and customers

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of time
