Water Restoration Production/Project Manager

Full Time • Sylvan Lake

Project/Production Manager:

Key Responsibilities as our Water Restoration Project/Production Manager:

  1. Oversee, mentor, and monitor technicians performing dry-out procedures and mold remediation.
  2. Serve as the front line and first responder for our company.
  3. Inspect new leads, present solutions to customers, and obtain work authorizations to begin mitigation/remediation work.
  4. Obtain and create daily reports from technicians documenting equipment used and work performed.
  5. Learn to use Xactimate software for billing purposes.
  6. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure proper scheduling and timely job completion.
  7. Work with the Mitigation Manager to learn and use Xactimate software for billing.
  8. Communicate effectively with technicians, colleagues, and customers.
  9. Ensure projects are completed within established timeframes and according to IICRC guidelines.

Job Qualifications / Skills:

  • Ability to safely and effectively use hand and electric tools.
  • Experience managing mitigation and remediation jobs from start to finish with proper documentation.
  • Knowledge of setting up proper containment and PPE to ensure safety.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Integrity and honesty.
  • Team player mindset and willingness to share best practices.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM software (DASH).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high communication volume.
  • Willingness to accept coaching and corrective feedback.
  • Assertiveness in facilitating the sales process.
  • Valid Michigan State Driver’s License.

Experience / Physical Requirements:

  • Preferred IICRC Certifications.
  • At least 3 years of experience as Mitigation Supervisor or Field Supervisor.
  • Basic general construction experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform tasks wearing PPE.
