An environmental consulting firm is seeking a Senior Team Lead for its Water Resources Team in British Columbia. Stantec has an opportunity for a Senior Team Lead for our Water Resources Team with experience in being a people leader to join our Environmental Services team. The position will ideally be located in either Burnaby, Victoria, or Sidney, British Columbia or Whitehorse, Yukon. There is flexibility to be based out of our other offices in British Columbia. The successful candidate will report to the Business Centre Leadership and be responsible for the leadership and further growth of an existing multi-disciplinary team of hydrologists, hydrogeologists, geochemists and water resources engineers.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather. Ability to lift and move items and equipment up to 25 kilograms.
