Pinchin is seeking a Water Resources Professional to join our Environmental Due Diligence & Remediation team in Sudbury, ON. The new role reports to the Director of Northern Ontario.
This position is intended for a professional engineer or geoscientist with Ontario‑based design and permitting experience, who is operating at an advanced intermediate level and transitioning into senior responsibility. The successful candidate will be expected to take technical ownership of water resources assignments while working within Pinchin’s structured project execution and peer‑review framework. You will play a key role in planning, designing, modelling, and reviewing water resource based projects, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and advising clients with confidence and credibility.
In this role, you will be relied upon for both technical depth and practical problem‑solving:
The ideal candidate is technically independent, values collaboration and structured peer review, has hands‑on experience with Ontario regulatory approval processes, and communicates effectively with clients, regulators and project teams.
