Qualifications

Your role within the team

As a member of the Vancouver office's Municipal Engineering team, you will:

  1. Work on studies, reports, and detailed designs with multidisciplinary collaborators.
  2. Develop stormwater plans and models, and prepare engineering designs based on client specifications.
  3. Carry out technical studies, Environmental Assessments, and prepare documentation to support permits and approvals from agencies.
  4. Support Team Lead and project managers with proposal writing, business development, and client support.

The ideal candidate:
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related training.
  • Has at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Is proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Is a member of Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC).
  • Has knowledge of the following software: HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, PCSWMM, Civil 3D, EPANET.
  • Knowledge of stormwater best management practices is an asset.

Expected compensation for this role ranges between $74,100 and $101,900 annually. Salaries are determined based on skills, experience, and potential impact, considering internal and external competitiveness.
