Job summary

The City of Toronto, Toronto Water division, seeks a Professional Engineer to support the Reliability Program and the end-to-end implementation of the Work Management System. You will help advance asset reliability for capital investments and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure data accuracy and project deliverables.

Reporting to the Senior Engineer, you will guide engineering analyses, oversee data reviews, and share technical recommendations with staff and consultants.

Qualifications

• Licensed P.Eng. in Ontario with a relevant engineering degree.
• Extensive experience with maintenance strategies in water/wastewater settings.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end Work Management System (WMS) implementation.
• Review asset data, OEM maintenance recommendations, and drawings to ensure completeness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners on capital delivery projects.
• Develop, update and maintain SOPs and support contract development.
• Support asset reliability and data quality improvements across programs.
