The Water Quality Analyst will work as part of the DuBois Technical Service Team to deliver water treatment and industrial chemical programs to our diverse client base. Dedicated and passionate service providers, our Water Quality Analysts focus on providing high service levels, lowering operating costs, and exceeding customer expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Maintain chemical program quality at customer sites within control limits, including proper chemical dosing, mechanical operation, calibration, and water conditioning equipment.
  2. Maintain sufficient client inventory through order placement and re-order notifications.
  3. Complete client site program audits timely, recording and responding to variances, managing inventory, and initiating reorders.
  4. Perform on-site troubleshooting for non-conformances.
  5. Identify and implement solutions to optimize chemical program costs and maintenance.
  6. Maintain a customer service attitude to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
  2. Exposure to industrial environments is preferred.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships.
  4. Effective organizational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  6. Valid Driver’s license.
Education Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, or Industrial applications.
Additional Information
  • Type: Full-time
  • Hours: 40 per week
  • Travel: Daily to client sites; overnight and international travel may be required.
  • This is a field-based, salaried position with independent work at client facilities, including challenging environments. Availability outside standard hours may be necessary. Significant driving is involved. Successful candidates may have opportunities for advancement.
