The Opportunity :
We have an exciting opportunity for two Team Leaders in our Water and Wastewater Facilities Division (WWFD) to become part of our team in Okanagan Valley and the Lower Mainland. As a Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead and work with a high-performing team that focuses on detailed design, delivery, construction management and project management of water and wastewater facilities infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone looking to further their leadership and technical skills as you will be mentored by senior technical specialists with extensive market relationships. In addition, you will also be a key player in supporting the development of staff, the growth of our division, and expansion of our clients in Alberta and BC.

The salary range for this position is $110,240 to $149,760 per annum. McElhanney offers fair compensation that is commensurate with the individual’s education, experience, skills, and professional qualifications. The posted base salary / wage range is representative of the required level of qualifications and experience for the position as noted in the job posting. The salary offered will be based on the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
