Thompson Construction Group has an opening a Water & Sewer Pipe Layer Helper in their Edmonton area of operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist pipe layer in general duties associated with laying pipe: cleaning and soaping pipe, ensuring alignment, barring in larger diameter pipes, etc
• Monitor connections as they are pushed together paying special attention to rubbers and joints, ensuring adequate connection
• Monitor and assist in the backfill process

Qualifications:

• 1 year minimum experience in the Water and Sewer Industry
• Clean Class 5 Valid Driver’s License
• Minimum 18 years of age
