Watches & Fine Jewellery Sales Specialist

Location: CHANEL Yorkdale Boutique, ON

Reports to: W&FJ Boutique Manager

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Your role @ Chanel:

As a Watch & Fine Jewellery Specialist, your role will be to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining CHANEL standards for W&FJ. You will collaborate with CHANEL Fashion Advisors to guide clients through the Watches and Fine Jewellery universe, fostering brand and customer loyalty through excellent service, product knowledge, personal presentation, and teamwork.

  1. Drive the Watches and Fine Jewellery business with a focus on client experience and sales growth.
  2. Create exceptional experiences by understanding client needs and sharing the brand story and product expertise.
  3. Develop high standards of product knowledge and selling skills across all categories, including high-end watches and high jewellery.
  4. Support Fashion Advisors as the WFJ expert, assisting in styling and client introduction to WFJ pieces.
  5. Work towards sales targets and performance goals set by management.
  6. Support local events in collaboration with management and team members.
  7. Complete administrative tasks following company procedures.
  8. Maintain stock levels and provide attentive aftersales follow-up.
  9. Stay updated on merchandising guidelines and uphold company standards.

Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
