Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience.

Our Full-Time Keyholders make an impact by partnering with the Store Manager to lead, develop, and inspire a store team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives results. They play a critical role in supporting daily operations, ensuring execution of Fossil’s brand standards, and helping foster an engaging environment where people and performance thrive.

Full-Time keyholders act as role models on the sales floor, coaching team members, delivering training, and ensuring that brand initiatives and operational standards are consistently met. They step into leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is unavailable and help drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and fun. They are enthusiastic product experts who are flexible and adaptable to changes in the business. One of their main focuses is to observe and listen to their team, recognizing and coaching them to deliver an exceptional store experience.

They align their day with business needs and take action to successfully achieve sales goals. They embrace teamwork and focus on creating a positive environment for those around them. Who You Are
