Medicom Manufacturing London, located in Ontario, seeks a Wastewater Technician to support nitrogen and chemical treatment processes in a fast-paced glove manufacturing facility. The role collaborates with technical, production, quality, and EHS teams to ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement.
The incumbent will install, operate, and optimize wastewater equipment, collect samples, perform tests, and maintain documentation.

The Wastewater Technician supports the design, implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of wastewater processes and equipment within the nitrile glove manufacturing facility at Medicom Manufacturing London. This is a hands‑on, plant‑based technical role. The Wastewater Technician works closely with Technical, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and EHS teams to ensure that processes meet quality, regulatory, safety, environmental, and efficiency requirements. The role includes process trials, troubleshooting, documentation, validation support, and training of operations personnel.
This is a newly created position to support our operational ramp‑up.
The expected hourly rate for this position is $36 per hour. This position will be eligible for a merit increase in August 2026. Additional premiums may apply, including evening, night, weekend, or other shift premiums where applicable.
