Job summary

Environmental Operators Certification Program is seeking a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator II at Lions Gate/North Vancouver. You will join a team of operators supporting regulatory compliance and plant performance.

The role requires Level II MWWT certification in BC, willingness to advance toward Level III, and competence in communicating clearly. Driving license and shift flexibility are expected.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education or equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience as a Level I MWWT Certified Operator.
• Possess or be able and qualified to secure EOCP Level II MWWT Certification with progression toward Level III.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant equipment.
• Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Perform process sampling and basic laboratory tests.
