We are looking for Temp Waste Management Staff to assist with an event in Calabogie, ON.

Shifts:

• August 23rd and 24th, 2025
• Saturday, August 23rd, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM & Sunday, August 24th, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Pay will be $22/hr

Job Overview

This position requires a commitment to ensuring the event area remains clean and presentable throughout the shifts.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of event grounds
• Pick up trash and dispose of filled garbage bags into dumpsters
• Place fresh garbage bags into garbage bins

Qualifications:

• Ability to work and spend long hours on feet, potentially in inclement weather
• Ability to stay focused, aware, and alert during shift work
• Effective communication skills with staff and patrons
• High work ethic, integrity, observant, and detail-oriented
• Reliable transportation; candidates with their own vehicle will be prioritized
• Willingness and ability to travel to race venues
• Proactively address issues to complete tasks within deadlines
