YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:

Reporting to the Mine Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the Mobile Maintenance Department, ensuring goals and objectives are achieved while promoting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the environment.

  • Ensure the safety of the team by applying a zero harm approach to all tasks performed;
  • Wash mining equipment and components as required;
  • Maintain the wash bay to promote a safe and efficient work area;
  • Perform routine and daily inspections of applicable equipment;
  • Complete work orders as assigned and track completion of tasks;
  • Assist in maintenance practices and procedures.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED;
  • Valid Driver’s License;
  • Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Your Work Schedule: 14/14 schedule at our Detour Lake Mine. Accommodations and meals are provided on site at no cost to the employee. Agnico Eagle provides transportation to and from the mine site and will accommodate other travelling expenses according to your location of residence in Canada.
