Job description

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Warranty Clerk is responsible for processing returns, warranties, and transfers. The objective of this role is to improve processing times, accuracy, and completion rates for returns and warranties, to remove non-moving products and enable stores to receive upgraded inventory and be first to market with the latest products.

This position pays between $. and $. per hour (depending on qualifications) plus benefits from day one, paid time off, and other perks.

Your main responsibilities :
  • Process and verify returns and warranties according to company guidelines within set timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, transfers, and inventory updates.
  • Coordinate with DC, vendors, Finance, and Sales on credits and transfers.
  • Communicate with customers, branches, and vendors regarding returns and warranties.
  • Support regional inventory initiatives and improve processing accuracy and efficiency.
To join our team, you need :
  • Experience or knowledge in the automotive aftermarket and parts supply industry, with warehouse or retail expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and delivery management software.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make decisions under pressure.
  • Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
