About the Role

As a Warranty Administrator , you’ll play a key role in managing warranty claims, processing approvals, and ensuring customers receive seamless service . You’ll work closely with dealerships, internal teams, and customers to uphold our reputation for quality and efficiency.

What You’ll Do :

• Process and manage warranty claims efficiently
• Communicate with dealers, customers, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate warranty records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures
• Assist with customer inquiries and problem resolution

What We’re Looking For :

• Warranty administration or automotive service experience (preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Tech-savvy – comfortable with computer systems and claim processing
• Automotive industry experience is a plus
