Qualifications

  • Mechanical knowledge, prior service advisor or technician experience is an asset.

Job Description

Jaguar-Land Rover Richmond is an expanding dealership group that offers its Warranty Administrator best-in-class training, competitive pay plans, and clear advancement opportunities.

A warranty administrator will be primarily responsible for opening & closing warranty repair orders through CDK. Your duties will include:

  1. Process warranty claims in a timely manner as each repair order is closed.
  2. Review and process all claims, including returned, rejected, adjusted, and warranty claims.
  3. Track each claim until its final resolution.
  4. Maintain warranty receivable schedules and reconcile credit memos daily.
  5. Review and distribute product recalls to staff.
  6. Review repair orders for proper documentation and verify that manufacturer criteria are met.
  7. Reconcile all warranty receivables and collaborate with the accounting department to make adjustments.
  8. Perform quarterly audits.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the table:

  • Outgoing, friendly personality with the ability to find common ground with anyone.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Warranty Administrator experience in an RV dealership is an asset.
  • Mechanical knowledge, prior service advisor or technician experience is an asset.
  • Experience with CDK? That’s a plus!
