Your Next Challenge:

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be part of the Warehouse Department responsible for accurate receiving, storage, and allocation of resources to support mining operations. Your role involves safely loading/offloading vehicles, maintaining a safe yard environment, and ensuring goals are met while promoting our values and safety standards.

  • Ensure timely and accurate material movements within the yard
  • Process Receiving and Goods Issuing transactions in SAP/JDE in real-time
  • Maintain organized and traceable material flow from receipt to issuance
  • Coordinate with underground logistics and shaft operations for material transfers
  • Provide responsive service at the wicket area
  • Manage receipt, inspection, and documentation of goods, including discrepancy recording with photographic evidence
  • Unpack, label, and store goods properly
  • Complete shipping and receiving documentation accurately
  • Conduct inventory counts regularly for accuracy
  • Issue materials ensuring proper transaction recording in SAP
  • Safely operate forklifts and Manitou equipment for loading/unloading
  • Secure freight with proper tie-downs and straps
  • Operate all handling equipment following safety protocols
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S principles
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support warehouse operations
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Experience in warehouse operations, material handling, and yard coordination
  • Experience with forklifts, Manitou, or similar equipment (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of SAP or similar inventory systems, with focus on real-time transactions
  • Understanding of Dangerous Goods regulations and safety handling practices
  • Attention to detail and accountability for inventory accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams supporting surface and underground operations
  • Commitment to safety, organization, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule:

  • 7/7 day shift schedule at Macassa Mine Site in Kirkland Lake, ON.
