This temporary role is responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling of materials, accurate inventory tracking, and top-tier service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key duties include processing shipments, conducting inventory checks, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and collaborating with project managers, customers, and carriers.

Responsibilities

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and properly stocked with effective inventory controls.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments and materials accurately.
• Conduct routine inventory checks and provide detailed reports to management.
• Maintain rolling inventory of continuous jobs according to standard operating procedures.
• Perform material movement tasks including order filling, receiving, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Follow strict shipping and receiving processes to eliminate errors.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and champion safety standards at all times.
• Provide superior customer service when interacting with clients and carriers.
• Safely utilize hand tools, power tools, and ladders during daily tasks.
• Communicate regularly with warehouse staff, project managers, customers, and safety personnel.
