Job description

As a member of our Operations Team, you will work with a team to ensure products are handled properly, complying with health & safety standards. Flexibility to work on weekends is required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities include:

1. Organizing coolers & rotating products
2. Ensuring accuracy in packing orders according to packing slips (Packers)
3. Loading / unloading trailers (Receivers)
4. Providing quality service to customers
5. Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
6. Complying with food safety regulations and company procedures

Qualifications include:

1. Previous warehouse experience is an asset
2. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
3. Power Jack (Ride-on and Walkie) experience is an asset
4. Comfortable working in and out of coolers
5. Strong teamwork mentality and practices
6. Knowledge of workplace safety precautions

What we offer:

We offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary, annual bonus, group health & dental benefits, development opportunities, and company events.

You may also receive a $500 bonus after working full-time for 6 months, and another $500 after 12 months of full-time work with satisfactory performance.
