Key Accountabilities
- Picking & staging: preparing and completing orders accurately for delivery or pickup.
- Outbound shipment execution: organizing skids and loading trucks within deadlines.
- Inbound receiving operations: unloading trailers, verifying receipts, and preparing inventory for storage.
- Cycle counts and inventory projects: maintaining accuracy and location management.
- Adhering to safety and warehouse standards: following all safety procedures and maintaining cleanliness.
- Process improvement: suggesting ways to optimize warehousing procedures.
- Communication: maintaining proactive and collaborative communication with team leads and coworkers.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Certified to operate power equipment (Forklift - Reach / Counterbalance and Order Picker).
- Ability to use RF scanners and enter data into ERP systems.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with picking, shipping, and receiving functions preferred.
- Ability to read and understand policies and procedures in English.
- Inventory audit experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with goal-setting aligned to organizational success.
