Key Accountabilities
  • Picking & staging: preparing and completing orders accurately for delivery or pickup.
  • Outbound shipment execution: organizing skids and loading trucks within deadlines.
  • Inbound receiving operations: unloading trailers, verifying receipts, and preparing inventory for storage.
  • Cycle counts and inventory projects: maintaining accuracy and location management.
  • Adhering to safety and warehouse standards: following all safety procedures and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Process improvement: suggesting ways to optimize warehousing procedures.
  • Communication: maintaining proactive and collaborative communication with team leads and coworkers.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Certified to operate power equipment (Forklift - Reach / Counterbalance and Order Picker).
  • Ability to use RF scanners and enter data into ERP systems.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with picking, shipping, and receiving functions preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand policies and procedures in English.
  • Inventory audit experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with goal-setting aligned to organizational success.
