Job summary

CWS Logistics Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Worker for day shift, Monday to Friday, in Calgary. The role offers a stable, full-time position with a starting wage of $24.70/hr and full benefits, plus retirement contribution matching.

You will be responsible for receiving, picking orders, and operating power equipment safely. Ideal candidates have at least 4 years of warehouse experience, relevant certifications (TDG, WHMIS, forklift), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4 years forklift experience required.
• Grade 12 or equivalent required.
• TDG and WHMIS certifications required.
• Forklift operator certification obtained.
• Good verbal and written communication skills required.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Receiving of Products / Shipping of Products.
• Efficient and accurate order picking.
• Safe operation of power equipment.
• Effective communication with all warehouse staff.
• Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety rules and regulations.

What You Must Offer

• 4 years of forklift experience.
• No existing allergy to agriculture chemicals or pesticides.
• Grade 12 or recognized educational equivalent.
• Four years of experience in receiving, storing, and shipping products in a warehouse environment is required.
• Transportation of Dangerous Goods, WHMIS and forklift operators certification obtained.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment.
• Must be able to wear PPE: eye protection, respirator, boots.
• Ability to work half-day Saturdays between March and July.
