Job summary

IEM Canada in Surrey, BC is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory movement, and other duties as needed. Forklift operation and receiving experience are required, with forklift certification expected.

Starting wage is $24.00 per hour. Training Week 1 runs Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm. This full-time role requires safety-minded, detail-oriented teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous warehouse experience.
• Previous receiving experience.
• Forklift operating experience is mandatory.
• Forklift Certification is required.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming materials.
• Verify materials against purchase orders, packing slips, and receiving documentation.
• Safely move and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support material issuing, replenishment, unboxing, and other warehouse activities as required.
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure materials are stored and handled correctly.
• Follow warehouse procedures, safety standards, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with production, receiving, inventory, and other warehouse teams.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
