IntermodeX Logistics Ltd. is hiring a Warehouse Worker at our Richmond Import Transload facility in Canada. All new employees start as casual until completing probation, with a unionized environment supporting benefits and a pension plan.

The role includes loading and unloading containers, operating a sit-down counterbalance forklift, and meeting safety standards in a busy warehouse setting. OT and weekend shifts may be required.

• 2 years experience driving a sitdown counterbalance forklift.
• Container handling experience is considered an asset.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.

We are now hiring a Warehouse Worker at our Richmond Import Transload facility. All new employees will be casual until they complete their probation.

IntermodeX Logistics is a unionized environment.

Rate of Pay & Benefits

• New Hire Rate (0 to 3 months):$24.30
• Full Rate (after 3 months):$25.30
• Health Benefits: Teamsters Benefits enrolment upon date of regular status.
• Pension: Teamsters National Pension Plan enrolment upon date of regular status.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday shifts.
• Day shift start times vary from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM
• OT shifts when required, including weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Load and unload containers.

SKILLS:

• 2 years experience driving a a sitdown counterbalance forklift is required.
• Container handling experience is considered an asset.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs. regularly.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Warehouse location.
• Indoor and outdoor working environment with exposure to heat, cold, rain, and noise.
• Frequent exposure to heavy equipment that is operating on site.
