MGR Workforce is hiring Warehouse Workers for a busy distribution center in Port Coquitlam, BC. This long-term role offers forklift training to operate Order Picker, Dock Stocker, and Reach Forklift, with safety-first expectations and team collaboration.

Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-focused, and prepared for repetitive physical work. Start ASAP with a Monday–Friday night shift from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM and CSA footwear requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse picking experience.
• CSA-approved steel-toe footwear and safety vest required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks daily.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move, pick, replenish, and organize warehouse inventory.
• Operate Order Picker, Dock Stocker, and Reach Forklift equipment after training.
• Pick and stage customer orders accurately using RF scanners.
• Load, unload, move, and organize products throughout the warehouse.
• Perform daily forklift safety and pre-operational inspections.
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, replenishment, and general warehouse duties.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations.
• Perform other warehouse duties as required.

Pay: $18.25 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Start Date: ASAP

NOTE: Please check the transit schedule as the shift will finish at 1:00 AM (Late night), own transportation is preferred.

Job Overview

MGR Workforce is hiring Warehouse Workers for a busy warehouse distribution center in Port Coquitlam, close to the Canadian Pacific Railyard.

This is a long-term opportunity for candidates who are willing to be trained on Forklift to operate Order Picker, Dock Stocker, and Reach Forklift. Further operational training will be provided by the Warehouse Trainer.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, physically comfortable with repetitive warehouse work, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Comfortable learning and operating different types of warehouse equipment.


• Comfortable performing repetitive physical work, including lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, and standing/walking throughout the shift.


• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.


• Good English communication skills.


• Responsible, dependable, and a good team player.


• Strong attention to safety and following workplace procedures.


• Willing to work overtime when needed.


• Reliable transportation is required to arrive on time for every scheduled shift.


• Must have CSA approved steel-toe footwear and a safety vest.
