Job Posting Description:

Pay: $20.36/hr.

Duration: April 2025 - January 2026

The LCBO is an Ontario government enterprise and one of the world's largest buyers and retailers of beverage alcohol.

Under the direction of a department supervisor, you will perform various responsibilities including safe case handling, storing, preparing, checking, and assembling functions manually or using material handling equipment, including rideable equipment.

We are hiring Warehouse Workers to join our team at the Thunder Bay Retail Service Centre located at 615 Harold Crescent, Thunder Bay. We seek dedicated individuals committed to completing their tasks and capable of lifting heavy items.

About the Role:

  • Select, assemble, and prepare pallet orders for customers.
  • Physically able to load and unload cases of beer, wine, spirits, and cider weighing between 40 lbs (18 kg) and 60 lbs (27 kg).
  • Stand for long periods, performing repetitive movements such as reaching, climbing, bending, twisting, and walking.
  • Assist in cleaning up accidental spills; safety is a team effort.

About You:

  • Open to students and individuals seeking second jobs.
  • Must complete a paid criminal record check.
  • Ability to follow procedures and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.

Shifts:

  • Day shift – Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 3:45 pm.
