The Warehouse Worker is responsible for providing superior sales support and customer service by working with the distribution team through receiving, warehousing, and order fulfillment functions, as well as organizational Lean objectives.

What does the role involve?

• Preparing and shipping outbound parcels and receiving inbound products.
• Reviewing and retaining task-related Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system transactions to maintain functional expertise.
• Contributing to team goals by accomplishing tasks and meeting key performance indicators.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, keeping pallet areas, racks, shelves, aisles, and workstations tidy.
• Preparing Hazmat paperwork for shipments via UPS, FedEx, LTL, etc.
• Preparing Bills of Lading.
• Controlling inventory through equipment use and cycle counts.
• Ensuring quality service by adhering to organizational standards.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
