IPEX is seeking a motivated Warehouse Worker for our Distribution Centre in Edmonton, Alberta. You will contribute to accuracy, safety, and on-time order fulfillment while supporting inventory control and warehouse efficiency.

Location: Edmonton, AB. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CDT (40 hours/week). Starting pay: $28.02/hour. Two weeks of vacation and day-one benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
• Forklift experience, including Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck operation.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management technology.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and dependability.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work outdoors as required in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Order Picking & Shipping: Accurately pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse technology to complete transactions.
• Follow FIFO inventory practices and established warehouse procedures.
• Load orders in the proper sequence to support delivery commitments.
• Material Handling & Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Load and unload flatbed and dry van trailers.
• Move and organize products throughout the warehouse and yard.
• Maintain product integrity while handling materials.
• Safety, Quality & Productivity: Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Report unsafe conditions and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do
