As Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the distribution area with picking, packing, shipping, and receiving with a safety mindset.

What you will do:

  1. Help with warehouse functions such as receiving/put away, order picking, packing, and shipping.
  2. Pick via RF scanners with orders from rack pick slots.
  3. Other duties include assistance with inventory counting and general housekeeping within the warehouse.
  4. Pack orders on conveyor belts.
  5. Use wrap machine and labeling of packed/wrapped orders.
  6. Required participation in EHS activities including JHSC and worker representation.
  7. Use powered equipment for various job duties.

What you will need:

  1. High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
  2. License to operate Raymond reach trucks narrow aisle, pallet jacks and powered walkies required.
  3. We would require a class 2 licence (order picker).
  4. Fall arrest certification.
  5. Previous picking or packing experience in a warehouse/distribution environment with RF scanners.
  6. PC literate with AS400 and hand-held scanner experience.
  7. Ability to lift 50lbs by hand and mandatory to operate manual equipment.
  8. Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, twist and crouch for long periods of time.
  9. Ability to work weekends and have shift flexibility to meet the demands of the business.
  10. Assist in other areas as needed.
