Job summary

NRI Distribution Inc in Surrey, Canada is seeking a Narrow Aisle Forklift/Equipment Operator to support order picking, let downs, replenishment, and other warehouse tasks. The role requires operating forklifts, cherry pickers, and related equipment while adhering to safety standards.

Shifts are Sunday to Thursday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to changing priorities. On-site work with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ months forklift experience on an order/cherry picker is preferable but not a must.
• Must have physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, and tolerating dust/noise/heat/cold.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and motorized warehouse equipment (order/cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet-jacks).
• Handle receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle counting as part of general warehouse duties.
• Follow NRI safety rules, SOPs, and security procedures to maintain a safe workplace.

As a Narrow Aisle Forklift/Equipment Operator, you will play an important part of the team by assisting in order picking, let downs, replenishment and supporting all departments in meeting their goals. You\'ll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle. Shift: Sunday - Thursday 3:30PM-12:00AM

The Must Haves

• 3+ months of forklift experience on an order/cherry picker is preferable but not a must
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.

• Receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle counting along with other general warehouse duties
