Job description

At TSG STAFFING SERVICES is currently recruiting for WAREHOUSE TECHNICIANS to work in a remote location (camp provided) for a fly in/fly out opportunity. Must be available to work 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off and approximately 12-hour days.

Job Description:

  • Ensure correct parts and equipment are supplied to onsite clients.
  • Ensure safe and efficient operations of all the warehouses and storage areas.
  • Warehouse operations include shipping, receiving, issuing, storage, returns, physical inventory counts, and Vendor Managed Inventory programs.
  • Perform Positive Material Identification (PMI) on materials as required.
  • Ensure Inventory stored in the warehouse is tracked and verified against packing slips.
  • Analyze, continuously monitor inventory status to reduce costs, and improve site and warehouse efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of warehouse experience.
  • High School diploma, post-secondary education preferred.
  • Must have a current Forklift certificate.
  • Good understanding of warehousing concepts, warehouse locations related to bin locations and set up.
  • Strong working knowledge on Inventory control, obsolescence, associated costs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks and maintain organized workspace.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks that may involve bending, lifting and standing for extended periods each day.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team skills.
